My new dance fitness class for children in littleborough started in September last year and is about making fitness fun through dance. It is important to me that children can be inspired by dance and movement just as I was as a child and still am. This class not only allows children to express themselves through movement but gives them the opportunity to be creative in a safe environment while meeting new friends.
