Workout using your name in your next gym sesh later on! π Repeat circuit up to 3times with 8-10 reps
Increase intensity with 50-60% of your 1rpm controlling each movement and being fully aware of posture and breathing
Remember if the pain is no longer 'workout comfortable' then reduce weight or regress reps, have a spotter and give us a smile π€ͺ

Bearly surviving with my little cub π
Probs the most unsafe trail walk yet good job he was in the carrier and I had trees to hang onto.
4.5 mile trek up and down hills in the sunshine is super fun ππ

Lift your tops for the 'potential' and the drive in your mind! Instead of only showing off your body, show off your determination and reason to become the size /person you wanna be.
Everyday this week has been a push and I haven't worked out for the past 2 days 1. Because I needed my muscles to rest and 2. Because to be frank I didn't have the mental capacity and motivation to keep going. Feeling rubbish in yourself is just one of the few walls you hit when reaching your goal.
