☀️ Medway Secondary School Games - Cricket Festival ☀️

This is the 2nd year in a row we have coordinated the Medway SSG Cricket Festival.

Thank you to the schools that attended and the brilliant children who competed hard.

A massive thank you to Charlie, Robbi & the rest of the team at High Halstow Cricket Club for once again providing outstanding facilities to host this event.

Shoutout to the 10 Hundred of Hoo Cricket Leaders who helped to coordinate this event.

It was brilliant for the boys at my school to win for the 2nd year in a row. I think there’s a strong chance the new Y7s for 2025/2026 can go and win this competition next year too!

🏏Cricket is Back 🏏

A brilliant start to the season for our U14s, beating Leigh Academy Rainham by 50 runs on Tuesday. Thank you to Upchurch CC for hosting the game.

An all-round, disciplined, team performance. Stand out performances came from Ronnie R with the bat (20 runs off 10 balls) and Aiden S with the ball (4 wickets for 14 runs).

Heading into Thursday and the U13s beat Howard by 38 runs. Thank you to High Halstow Cricket Club for hosting the game.

Another brilliant team performance. Stand out performances came from Amy B (25 Not Out), Aiden S (20 Not Out) and William H (First ever wicket on debut)

Onto next week where we will be hosting Rochester Independent & compete in the Medway, Y7, SSG Cricket Competition.
