My coaching draws from my experience in starting and running my own multi-award winning franchise business, plus decades of Sales & Management experience working with luxury brands. Several years ago, I put myself through 6 weeks of rehab to overcome a ‘not-so-healthy’ relationship with alcohol. It proved to be six of the most inspirational and transformative weeks of my life! It quickly became ap
parent how prevalent it is in our society for well functioning and highly skilled professionals to be quietly struggling through the various pressures and challenges we all face in life today. During this time I learned a lot about my inner self and the immense satisfaction you get in helping other people, through listening and understanding their own problems in order to support them in finding solutions and a positive way forward. It was at this point that I decided to become a coach. I had to make a fresh start and set to work on becoming the best coach I could be. I hired my own Coach and invested significant sums of time and money in coaching programmes to study different coaching methods and techniques. Combining my past experience with, and building on my past experience of starting and owning my own business, I have a successful coaching practice and am doing what I love best – helping people make successful transformations in their own lives and businesses. I know from experience how overwhelming and confusing business life can be sometimes. I also know what it takes to run a successful business.
