Got to love what you do
Weights first, then cardio.
The reason for this is to deplete the glycogen stored up in the body for energy needed to weight lift. Then do cardio to burn the fat once the glycogen has been used up.
The body burns glycogen for about 30 min before it starts burning fat. Hence why you would want to deplete glycogen stores first during weightlifting.
Thats basically the gist of it.
