We only have two spaces left for our weekend yoga retreat to Fair Oak Farm on 3- 6 July 🧘‍♂️🧘

Lou and I are really looking forward to returning to this amazing location for our annual weekend of relaxation and yoga.

We have exclusive use of the Fair Oak Farm estate - a hidden gem in East Sussex that has won a number awards, most recently the Global Hospitality Awards 2024 "Best Country Retreat Venue in UK".

There will be yoga for everyone- no prior experience required, an immersive sound bath with Ellie - Phoenix Gongs and Jikiden Reiki Healing , wellbeing treatments with Dawn (Dawn of Beauty) and delicious food provided by local chef John (Cashew Catering)

As always, you can choose to do as much or as little as you like. There are local walks through the countryside and plenty of private and communual spaces, including an outdoor table tennis barn, a cinema and games room, and an infrared sauna.

Delicious food will be provided by a local chef and Louse and I will guide you through a weekend of yoga movement, breath and meditation.
