Sometimes it's hard to get started - so another of my top tips is to start to envision what it will be like when its finished.
Grab a journal, write down your vision, collect images together of what your dream home would look like when it is organised and tidy.

Working from Home Wisdom in a time of unease.
It is some while since I posted to this page but with the current Covid 19 precautionary advice to work from home I am mindful that this is an area I have some knowledge and experience in. Please post your questions here - whilst I pull together my plan to help and support all of you that find yourself suddenly working from home and have no idea how to get motivated and focused.

Having just returned from a Chiropractor appointment I know I have a few things to get done before I can call my work day over. Time for music I thought and found something to play whilst I flick through the emails before settling into the task at hand - this headline grabbed me.

Dissatisfaction with workspace design is not disappearing despite the many years of research and implementation by workspace specialists. As a former workspace specialist it causes me concern that employers are still not listening to their employees. Employees are after all any employers most costly yet essential asset. Empowering individuals to choose the spaces they can work in, trusting (and this is the big one), employees to do the work expected of them will bring fruitfulness and lasting joy.
