We had a lovely Gold class at Delta Hotels by Marriott Tudor Park Country Club today.

I asked my ladies how they did in their ‘O’Levels’ at school, (GCSE’s as they were then)

Most laughed. The best learning and results don’t happen in your teens. They happen through life.

I was told I needed to focus on my grammar school education and go work in a sensible job.

Only now am I doing what I really wanted to do back then.

So anyone experiencing the highs and lows of a young persons results day today; praise, encourage and support. The journey sometimes takes an unexpected turn, but let them know that you believe in their dreams and possibilities…♥️

Warren Wood Social Club tonight was hot and I think our lovely Zumbapal’s who stayed home were right!!!

However, some crazy folk came along and we busted some new and old faves!

We had the same wonderful welcome from ‘Johnny be Good’ behind the bar, and lovely jug of iced water to keep us going!

Beechen Hall Walderslade Zumbapals, you smashed it too, I ran out of time to get a pic of us on the hottest day of the year!

No matter how big or small my classes are, every single Zumbapal counts, and you get my 100% energy….coz I Zumbalove you all!

Members and Non-members can book online Medway Sport

Classes in August will be as usual, 9:30am in the Fitness Zone. This is being refurbished…very exciting!
