Hi, please delete this Michelle if not appropriate but wondering if any lovely ladies want to buy the set of 3 Joe Wicks books (shift, shape and sustain)for £10. They are full of great recipes and workouts but limited vegetarian ones, hence I bought his veggie book when that came out. Excellent condition, smoke and pet free home x

It’s a lie!

Did you exercise today?”🤔

“No, I didn’t have time?”🤷‍♀️

Guess what?😳

I think that’s a little lie.🙊

People don’t exercise because they’d simply rather be doing something else.🤦‍♀️

Think how much time you spend scrolling social media for instance!📱

Or watching the TV!📺

There are plenty of women who work full time, have children and a household to run and still fit in exercise! They either get up 20mins earlier, do it in their lunch break, fit it in after work or if all that fails get up earlier on the weekend and get it done!

Is this woman any busier than you?
N0
Does she have any less housework to do than you?
NO
Does she have any more free time than you?
NO
Do her children need her any less than yours need you?
NO

The only difference is, is that she prioritises her health and well-being more than you do yours.

So, do you really ever have “no time” for exercise?🤷‍♀️

Of course not!

You can always find time for exercise, but only if it’s a priority to you and only if you feel like you have had enough of where you are, or what you have become, or how you feel.

Now, I’m not trying to make you feel guilty for not prioritising your health. ♥️
I’m just hopefully trying to make you realise that…if you are really fed up with….
♥️your energy levels being low…
❤️not being able to sleep…
♥️not liking the image staring back at you in the mirror…
♥️dreading the thought of having to wear a swimsuit on holiday…
♥️not being able to keep up with your children or generally being in a low mood the majority of the time…

THAT MOVEMENT CAN HELP!

Notice I said movement, not an hour long exercise class!

So..

If you are not physically active each day then it’s time to re-frame what exercise might look like for you.
Any way to move your body can have exceptional health benefits, and it’s one of our strategies we are looking at in our Fit in 15 club which starts this Monday 21st March

Exercise also doesn’t have to be physically exhausting, and you don’t need to be doing hours upon hours of classes or sessions in the gym that’s why our Fit in 15 Club members are aiming to do 2 or 3….15 minute classes per week!

Everyone is able to move more, everyone has 15mins available, and everyone knows the health benefits of being more active.

You’ve probably heard you should be walking 10,000 steps per day!
🙉🙉🙉

But, with more and more of us working from home than ever before, there’s generally less opportunities to put one foot in front of the other and get moving!
🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️

No more walking to catch the train🚟
No more walking up and down the office stairs😘
No more walking to get your lunch 🌯
No more walking to the bus 🚌

Let’s be honest we may go from our desk to the loo and to the kitchen…..that’s it!

People are moving less now more than ever!

It’s no wonder you may have put on a few pounds !
And it’s no wonder hitting 10,000 steps per day feels way out of reach for some of us!

Our Fit in 15 Club starts Monday. 21st for 14 days and one of the simple things we will be working on is meeting you where you are with your daily step count and helping you to improve on it,so hopefully in the not too distant future, you will generally be moving more and smashing that daily 10 !

Here are a few tips to help..👇

💪Get yourself some kind of tracking device because, you maybe doing far less than you think you are! It doesn’t need to be the latest Apple 🍎 watch !
Track for a week to find your daily average and then try to improve by 1,000 steps per day. So if your average is 5,000 daily aim for 6,000. That will equate to an extra 7,000 steps per week in total ! Okay it’s not the recommended 10 but it certainly will be progress that you can build on!

💪Trackers/watches ⌚️⌚️⌚️all usually have alarms and reminders in them. So set them to remind you to get up and move!

Got a meeting or a call you need to do?
Could you possibly walk at the same time?
Do it on the move!

💪Therapy & Walking 👯‍♀️
Arrange walks with friends!
There’s nothing better than a good catch up and chat, you will clock up those steps without even realising it!

💪Can’t get out of the house?
There’s plenty of walking count your steps videos on YouTube.
One of my favs is Rick Buller.. Get Fit With Rick and he’s very easy on the eye 👀😜🤣 isn’t he Liz Dawson 🤣

Congratulations to all 174 ladies who completed our March in March Mini Challenge today!

Everyday you have worked on increasing your individual step count & upping your NEAT🔥

You have also completed a mini challenge on top ,working on legs, bums, tummy’s and arms 🤷‍♀️💪🍑
