Busy day at the GB Open in Birmingham on Sunday fetching home a Silver 🥈and lessons to keep working on.
So good to see most back in training last night after the holidays. We go again tomorrow 6-7pm followed by squad training 7-8pm.
The WUKF Europeans 2026 held at the Canon Medical Arena this Oct is only 6 weeks away. Last push now let’s keep going 👊🏻🥋🥊

Another Congratulations to two of our students who have now earned their 6th Kyu (Green Belt). Well done to you both.
Keep working hard as you set an example to those junior grades who are always watching 👊🏻🥋🥊

Huge CONGRATULATIONS to our youngest student earning his 9th Kyu Red Belt this very warm evening. Keep up the good work 👊🏻🥋👏🏼

Then we watched the solar eclipse and it turned a few of our students even crazier than normal 🌒😎🤪

Followed by Squad Training in preparation for the WUKF European Karate Championships right here in Sheffield this year 21-25th Oct at the Canon Medical Arena 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

We had a smaller class this evening due to the heat and that’s ok. Those that trained were taken through a new Kata to practice “Sanchin” everyone did really well.
