Thanks to everyone who contacted the Council, who in turn asked the farmer to cut the hedges. Work started this morning.

We are getting lots of complaints about the hedges on Arbour lane. We have no control over these, they are the responsibility of the Council, however we have complained to them to urge them to get them cut back.

Grass cutting.

Keith will be starting strimming next week. He'll begin on the Gt. Pond and then move to the others. Signs will be in place.

Please help by letting him get on with the job.

The sun is shining and the idiots are out.
Some people just can't read, especially dog walkers, We let them come and walk in our park and they do this.
I wonder if they'll be such an idiot when the police call to tell them the van hasn't been MOT tested and is therfore illegal.

When the now legendary Gorgeous George Cox came back to Ravenfield, he instinctively knew how much better it was than his local “Kimmy Pond” 🤣

A very short session on Bridge saw him net around 13lb - 4 carp a bream and a tench all on pink wafter with
Green red and orange 2mm pellets on medium method feeder.

A dedicated Rotherham angler of fashion and a bonny lad to boot.
