**IMPORTANT COVID INFO**
As of when we open indoor exercise classes, we will require a lateral flow test before each class attended.
We have had to come to this decision on the basis that one of our family members is currently on a vulnerable list and as a business we cannot afford to be closed for any period again.
The threat of constant isolation periods for the staff and business is not something we could sustain and we hope you will work with us and understand why we are doing this.
