SUNDAY 30th AUGUST

We’re closing the gym at 2PM because quite frankly… the gains can wait, the drinks can’t! 🍻🤣

We’ll be off living it large, living our best lives and making questionable decisions at Farmfest! 🎶🍹💃🕺

So sorry for any inconvenience… but we’ve got priorities! 😂🙌

📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL MEMBERS 📢

Just to let everyone know, roadworks will be taking place outside the gym from tomorrow until 9th September.

🚗 One side of the road will remain open, so access to the gym from the Enterprise side towards the gym will still be available.

Parking directly in front of the gym will also remain available to all members, as the roadworks are not affecting our side of the road.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you at the gym! 💪😊

Meet Mark Oxtoby
Mark is Rachel Quainoo brother,Danny Quainoo’s brother in Law.
Mark is a friend who joined our gym because he would love to look like Danny Dog,Steve who cares for him brings him to train.
Mark was born with physical disabilities but he is as bright as a button and always got a smile on his face.
In a world full of self obsessed people striving for perfection constantly seeking attention from social media posts and telling everybody they are starving and how hard things are and are unhappy how they look.Ask yourself?It’s your choice.Its not Marks.

Just need to address something that’s happened in the gym this afternoon that we will not tolerate
As gym we pride ourselves as a multicultural gym its doesn’t matter what race or where u come from u will always be welcome in our gym
But when 50 people turn up to train all together who don’t normally train here ,upsetting my staff and customers and then shouting where racist because we have turned them
away, like we said if u come in threes or four perfectly fine but when there telling my staff there not paying will pay Monday ,telling staff how to do there jobs and wanting to use all the gym for themselves forgetting there’s other member in the gym you will not be allowed to train in our gym
We have respect for our loyal members and when people come in and upset them it’s our job to say enough is enough u will not be welcome in our gym again . And We have a limit on how many people train aswell for fire and safety regulations
