Stepped out of my comfort zone this afternoon to present at about the work I’m currently doing at RAF Cranwell on the use of objective markers in the rehab pathway. Huge thank you to for inviting me to speak. It’s been a brilliant 2 days!

2022 has opened a lot of doors for me, the recent one being the honour of working in the Women’s England 7s camp in the lead up to the World Series. 4 days at Loughborough Uni with a great bunch of athletes.

Now onto the next adventure starting 3rd May….!

I’ve had a bit of a change around coming into 2022.

Swift Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre switched locations to the unit next door (now based in 5 Claire Court on Rawmarsh Road), and my work evenings with Yorkshire Rugby Academy have also changed.

With that, I’ve set my clinic hours to 15.00-19.00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Bookings are still made through my website: www.sports-injury-rehab.co.uk or for more info, drop me a message!

Yesterday I ran my first race in a VERY long time. It was an intra-club 4x1mile really. Surprised myself with a quick time, then I saw the times the junior athletes were posted - they were flying!!

The legs are feeling it today so will be aiming for a decent recovery - plenty of water, decent meals (with lean protein), a steady walk with Rogue, and an early night! Might hit the foam roller and stretch later if I’m still sore, but I’ll get those basics done first!
