Hi everyone hope you're all well. I will start with apologising for not getting in over the last few months but I've had some personal things to sort out. This is slowly getting sorted so I will hopefully be back in the new year 😊🥊
If I don't see you all before Christmas I hope you all have a good one and have a great new year 😊

Hope you have all had a great week off, I've been thinking about Mondays class and due to numbers being extremely low, there will be no class on a Monday until further notice so girls class will be Tuesdays 4.30 till 5.30. 🥊 Any problems drop me a text. Lynsey

Hi everyone, hope you are all having a great time off school. I'm going to run the girls classes 4 till 5 in the hols, hope you can all make it 🥊🥊 just to remind you that the classes are now on a Monday and Tuesday's 🙂

Hello everyone, just to let everyone know there will be no class on Fridays from now on, however I will be running a replacement class on a Monday starting from Monday 5th August. Any questions drop me a message and I will get back to you ASAP 🙂
