To August this year, winning the Women's Bodybuilding.
And ultimately gaining my pro card 🌐

This was a goal I had set myself back in 2020, and after 4 years of graft, bulking, cutting, competing, and winning all comps entered.....I was victorious 🏆🏅✨️

I dedicate the pro card and all the wins equally with my coach and soul buddy

Without this man's knowledge, patience, and faith in me, I'm not sure I would have been half as successful as I have been.

BODYBUILDING IS FAR FROM THE GLAM THAT YOU SEE IN THIS PIC! 👀

I pretty much been in prep all year (with a little break in the year) since January in order to achieve this look!
Now,IS THIS A REALIST LOOK THAT I CAN KEEP ALL THE TIMES? NO,ABSOLUTELY NOT! ❌️

Is it healthy? ABSOLUTELY NOT!
But is part of the journey of the sport I chose to pursuit! ✌️

PREP & COMPETING IS JUST ONE SIDE OF BODYBUILDING,IS ONLY 5% OF WHAT PEOPLE SEE!
The other 95% is the OFF SEASON,the unpleasant part where you DON'T HAVE ABS,YOU EAT MORE & YOU TRAIN LIKE A BEAST!

Is not a sport for everyone BUT IS THE SPORT THAT I CHOSE TO EMBRACE & MAKE MY OWN!
