Our students who performed this morning were absolutely FANTASTIC! They gave it 100%, adapted to last-minute changes because of the weather, and didn't let a single challenge faze them. 🌧️💪

They showed everyone exactly what martial arts is really about — RESILIENCE, DISCIPLINE, TEAMWORK & CONFIDENCE. 🥋🔥

Watching them step up, support each other and perform with such confidence made us immensely proud. ❤️

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came to see us, took part in our activities, had a chat and supported our students. And thank you for all the lovely comments we've received about them — it genuinely means so much to us! 🥰

🏆 Student of the Week – Roman 🏆

A huge congratulations to this week's Student of the Week, Roman! 👏🥋

At just 9 years old, Roman consistently shows qualities that are well beyond his years. He is a polite, respectful young man who is always willing to help anyone, making him a fantastic role model in the club.

One of Roman's standout qualities is his excellent control. He understands how to adjust his power and tailor his training to suit his partner, which is an outstanding skill to have at such a young age. It shows maturity, awareness, and great respect for those he trains with.

Roman gives 100% in every lesson. He is always eager to learn, works hard to improve his technique, and his high kicks are becoming more impressive every week! Even when things get tough, he never gives up and continues to push himself to be better.

Roman is a pleasure to teach, and we're incredibly proud of the progress he's making both as a martial artist and as a young person.

Keep up the fantastic work, Roman—we can't wait to see what you achieve next! 💪🥊🔥

White Belt to Black Belt 🥋

Blake has been a pleasure to teach from day one. Even as a young white belt, he had a clear goal of one day becoming a black belt. It was never a question of if he would achieve it, but when.

Joining us during the challenges of COVID, Blake never stopped showing up, attending Zoom lessons with the same dedication he brings to training today.

One of Blake’s standout qualities has always been his incredible kicking ability. Sharp, precise, and technically excellent, his kicks are always a fantastic sight to see and a reflection of the hard work he puts into every lesson.

Watching him grow from a determined young boy into the outstanding young man he is today has been a privilege. His journey is proof that hard work, perseverance, and never giving up can achieve great things.

Congratulations, Blake, on earning your Black Belt – a truly well-deserved achievement! This is not the end of your journey—it is just the beginning of an exciting new chapter 👏 🥋

🥋 White Belt to 2nd Degree Black Belt 🥋

A huge congratulations to our newest 2nd Degree Black Belt, Norah!

Norah has grown from strength to strength throughout her martial arts journey, overcoming every challenge placed in front of her with a fantastic attitude.

Her biggest achievement has been the confidence she has developed along the way—from a shy little girl to the funny, kind, and supportive young lady she is today.

Whether it's putting her hand up to answer questions, asking for help, communicating with others, or motivating fellow students in class, Norah continues to be a fantastic role model.

We are incredibly proud of everything you have achieved. Keep up the amazing training, Norah! 👏🥋

FIRST BELT TO BLACK BELT 🥋

Four years ago, Callum began his martial arts journey as a young beginner. This weekend, at just 15 years old, he has achieved his Black Belt!

Over the years, so much has changed — not just his height 🙈 — but his focus, determination, self-control, and dedication have grown immensely.

We are incredibly proud of everything he has achieved and honoured to celebrate this milestone with him. We can't wait to see what the future holds for this outstanding young martial artist.

Wow another day of awesome gradings. You all went above and beyond and gave 100% effort on the mats today.

We are insanely proud of each and everyone of you and can't wait to be back on the mats next week to drill, train hard and prepare for the next one. Way to go team 💪

White Belt to 2nd Degree Black Belt: Massive well done Teddy on smashing your grading. Your dedication, resilience and respect never waivers. We couldn't be more proud of you achieving this huge milestone. From the tiny little champion you were to the grown man you are becoming, we have loved every second of sharing your journey.
