2 weeks out for from PCA Naturals 3, fair to say a solid statement was made at the WNBF and I’m keen to see what damage we can do on an open stage 😎

6th Place To 6 Top 3’s🥶

In March 2025 I met Kyle at a seminar and he told me about how his first season went, it was a one and done job where he placed 6th and looked like a swimmer, he posed like a scarecrow and he wished he’d not bothered..

At the time it was quite funny but it was also quite clear that he had a point to prove. This year we’ve done.

5 shows, 6 times on stage

🥈PCA Naturals 1 - jumped in 4 weeks early, redeemed himself for his last appearance on stage at the first opportunity 🥶

🥇PCA Naturals 2 - took the win at the venue he tasted defeat in 18 months earlier. Presented my favourite look of the season

🥉 PCA Universe - first outing on an untested stage and didn’t look out of place which is always the aim when you want to be one of the top natural guys 😎

🥇UKDFBA HofE Nov - big win in a big class, presented the most balanced physique on stage in a ridiculous tight class

🥈UKDFBA HofE Open - beaten by a soon to be Pro which wrapped up a very productive day in the office

🥈WNBF Nov Championship - first time out of the juniors and was unlucky not to come away with gold, abs will be going in 12 times a week from now on 😅

This is ridiculous. I am so so proud of you mate but my goodness I’m keen to get you back into the office season now 😅

If you’ve competed before or competed recently and you aren’t happy with the physique you presented or the placings you achieved please use Kyle as your inspiration, he’s flipped the script in a big way and you can do the same.

WNBF FT/Novice🏆

What a day. 10 athletes, 8 different classes, a lot of split decisions 😅

In chronological order!

Luxembourg Steve 🇱🇺 , 4th place in masters men’s physique small confusion on Steve’s actual placing but we got there in the end 😎

1 , no placing for Harley in a ridiculous Teen BBing short class, more mass and we’ll be back! Long post incoming 🫶

, 2nd place for the freak in a split decision, 12 months ago when we first started out the goal was top 5. That has been SMOKED 🥶

James, 5th place in junior physique, the first of boys on stage today taking 5th in a rather deep junior class, great start for the 21 year old

Janna, no placing but one of the most ridiculous transformations I have ever seen. More of this to come. Well done Tom!

fit , third place, split decision with second and very very close to taking the win for the boy. Back at in 3 weeks time at PCA naturals, special individual.

fit , second place in novice short, another bloody split decision. Cal is going places and I’m loving seeing the effort he and Tom have put in coming to fruition

, the redemption arc continues, no placing but my god it feels good to put the lad on stage with some muscle left on his frame 😅

Today has been incredible, this team means the world to me and I’m so proud of what is being built, if you want to join the team spaces are limited to nice people and legends 😅🫶

JUST Coaching HofE Round-Up 💃

The show season is very much underway now for the team, Kyle competed for the 5th time already this season and Cal stepped on stage for the very first time

🥇&🥈for in Novice juniors and open juniors, it’s fair to say we’ve eclipsed Kyle’s first ever season of competing where he placed 6th in a first timers line up 😅

🥉for first timer .fit who was pretty unlucky not to come away with a silver or even a gold in my opinion. Both him and Kyle were stand outs from minute one and with a few tweaks here and there and a bit more stage experience under his belt will be extremely dangerous. The first show of many this season, keen to see how he and push on from here 😎

Honourable mention to the gang. For the last 2 years we’ve run a pretty solid collaboration project and days like yesterday really cement the value in why we do it: zero missing 🤝

This weekend we have 10 of our finest first timers and novices stepping on the stage and I cannot wait to see them up there!
