Never trained at a gym before?
Not only is your first session FREE but one of our friendly staff will gladly show you around the gym and give basic guidance on any of the 80 pieces of equipment and correct form/ techniques.
Train elsewhere but want supplement/product advice?
Not a problem as we have many years experience between us so can give you a point in the right direction. Having a fully stocked supplement shop on site just saves you ordering online and potentially waiting several days and possibly missing the delivery anyway.
