Our last award of the season goes to billy Wright

Billy has finished our top scorer on 28 goals for the season, which is no shock to any of us. A great player and he’s only going to get betterand he’s still just 19. He also finished on 17 assists for the season and missed out on 9 games to suspension and injury🔴⚪️

Next up Billy Wright

Billy has been quality throughout the season, showing us all how good he was from the off. Composed on the ball, a great eye for goal and always bringing players Into the game. Missing 9 games due to suspension and injury and finishing our top scorer🔴⚪️

Moving onto the managers players. First up Ethan Foley

Ethan has had an outstanding season at just the age of 18. Missing out and on the bench at the first couple of games of the season but since then Ethan has worked hard and kept up to the standards Jimmy and Rich have asked for all season. He’s composed on the ball, brilliant at breaking play up and overall a great holding midfielder🔴⚪️

The next award went to Jack Woodthorpe. The award was in memory of parkgate’s Bruce Bikerdike who sadly passed away last year. In memory of Bruce we will be having this trophy every year. Parkgate’s very own selected no1 Jack Woodthorpe. Woody has been a class addition since he joined the club, a great leader and presence across the back line. Also being able to pull off terrific saves on a consistent basis🔴⚪️ Jack Woodthorpe

Our young player of the season was Austin Woodhead. Austin struggled at the start of the season to get minutes and missed out on the squad. But worked hard to get in the side and hasn’t looked back since. A rock at the back and a great leader at a young age🔴⚪️
