Last week, North Leeds headed out to celebrate the West Yorkshire Women and Girls Cricket 2025 season awards—and what a night it was!

While it was inspiring to see the incredible growth of the women's game across the region, we were busy clearing some space in the trophy cabinet 😉

Individual Stars:

🏅 Lizzie took home the Aggregate Wickets award.

🏅 Jacky secured the Fielding prize.

🧢 Massive kudos to Jacky, Meg, and Zoe for receiving their West Yorkshire regional caps!

The Big One:
The highlight of the night? Seeing North Leeds officially crowned WYWGCL Hardball Premier League Winners! 🏆 It took an outstanding team effort and serious graft all season to seal that top spot.

Huge congrats to every single player who made the 2025 season so special. Now, let’s see what we can do in 2026! 🚀

After a loss the previous week, we came back with a decisive victory against Skipton on Sunday! This takes us to the next round for the T20 plate 🏏🏏 Congrats to Meg and Aliyah for their oustanding bowling performances (4/18 and 3/4)

On Sunday we played our first game of the season against Pudsey St Lawrence Cricket Club! Congratulations to Hattie, Praji and Erin for their outstanding batting and bowling performances.
