🥋 PRESSURE IS WHERE LEGENDS INTRODUCE THEMSELVES. 🔥

At Kaisho Karate, pressure isn’t something we run from — it’s where we learn who we really are.

Every hard session.
Every round on the tatami.
Every setback.
Every moment when the pressure is on.

That’s where confidence is built, character is tested and champions begin to separate themselves.

We train to stay composed when it matters, trust the work we’ve put in and perform when the spotlight is brightest.

No shortcuts. No excuses. Just preparation, discipline and belief.

🥋 VALUABLE TATAMI TIME 🥋LONDON OPEN 2026

Another competition, another opportunity to step onto the tatami, test ourselves and keep developing. 👊🔥

The officiating was certainly “interesting” at times, but the biggest positive was getting valuable rounds against kumite fighters we don’t normally come across on the regular circuit.

A number of our Kaisho fighters also stepped up into different age categories, such as Cadets competing at Junior level, and still showed their class, ability and composure against older opposition. 💪🥋

Different styles. Different challenges. Different levels of experience. Exactly what is needed to keep learning, adapting and improving.

🏅 Medals were won, and we are proud of every result, but the biggest winner was the tatami time gained by our fighters.

More rounds. More experience. More lessons. More preparation.

For us, development will always be bigger than the medal.

We take the positives, learn from every fight and keep moving forward. 🔥

One Team. One Dojo.
