Breakfast game changer alert!! π¨
Mini omelette muffins are fast to make and can be stored in the fridge for a low carb yummy breakfast alternative when on the go π
Add any filling of choice, ham, cheese, spinach,spring onion, courgette, sundried tomatoes.... the list is endless!! π«
Preheat oven to 350Β°F, donβt forget to grease inside your nonstick muffin tray first.
Mix eggs and your chosen ingredients in a bowl before pouring into the tin.
Bake for around 25 mins

Hi, and welcome to my new fitness page!
I've been a qualified fitness coach for 5 years and after a very real journey to finding my own healthy life balance, I'd like to help others on their journeys too π
I will be posting my own exercise tips, giving workout advice, answering any fitness questions, discussing nutrition and starting debates on interesting health related topics and generally creating an engaging page of info on fitness. There will also be lots of funnies, anyone that knows me knows that there always has to be funnies!! π
