Looking for 5 people who would never consider climbing a mountain due to fitness 🛋️➡️⛰️

Our Sofa to Summit is a 14 week group workout plan of one session a week in Saffron Walden near or and one expected home session by yourself a week.

Also, three sports massages if you want them are included!

The criteria: People who want to do something like this but lack fitness, fed up with being unfit and missing out on opportunities due to it, never hiked a mountain before, someone who is ready to make an actual change.

The hike will be the 16th Aug Snowdon, with group training starting 1st May. Group sessions are Mondays 6pm-6:45 (Between Saffron Walden common and ), you will need to do some at home workouts too.

Sessions and the hike will be run by Sam, who has also undergone Mountain leadership training. It's £350 for all 14 sessions and three sports massages!
