The FA has declared grassroots football season void.
No promotions or relegation for any teams.

It is with regret that we inform all Steeple Morden Magpies players and parents that The FA and Leagues have suspended all grassroots football until further notice. This includes matches and training for all age groups and is done for the welfare of all concerned.
Stay safe and hopefully we will resume the season once it is safe to do so.

Covid-19 update for UkTrophynet Royston Crow League players.

The UKTrophynet Royston Crow League have postponed all their youth league matches for 2 weeks. The situation will then be reviewed.

Steeple Morden Football Club will be holding its Annual General Meeting in on Wednesday 13th May 2020 at 19:00 hrs at the Jester, Odsey. This is a meeting to discuss the 2020/21 Season, forward momentum of the football club and its policies and to appoint Executive and General Committee Members.
The current committee invite you to be present at this meeting and would value your input. If you have any business that you would like to be transacted at this meeting, please forward it to the Club Secretary in writing or by email no later than 10am on Wednesday 8th May 2020 for inclusion on the agenda.
Alterations to the club constitution can only be considered at an AGM and must be proposed and seconded by a full member.

Executive committee Chairman Max McClean, Vice Chairman Jason Clark, Welfare Officer Gary Brown and Youth Treasurer Phil Souter are happy to offer themselves for re-election. Club Secretary Carole Butcher, and Senior Treasurer Helen Covington are resigning their positions and will not be standing for re-election. We are seeking urgent expressions of interest or nominations from interested members for these 2 key positions in the club. Support will be given to new postholders taking on these roles.
Members wishing to join on the general committee will have the opportunity to do so at the AGM
