Tonight it's the inaugural SIP RC Solar Eclipse Run!!

We will be running as one large group, for a longer run than usual as the eclipse will be at its best post 7pm and running along high ground to catch its effects at its best.

It will be hot tonight so water and sun cream are recommended and it goes without saying don't look directly at the 🌞!!

The pace will be slow with plenty of breaks so suitable for all.

Don't worry if you are missing this event we will be doing a similar run at the next eclipse on 23rd Sept 2090!!!

You Lucky Lucky Runners!
For this week only we are spoiling you.

We have two SIP RC nights - this Wednesday at 6pm and this Thursday at 6pm.
For those who have no interest in the England match we will be still running, with a 8k group leaving the The Railway Hotel at 6pm. This group will also have a 5k option.
This will be followed on the Thursday by our usual groups also leaving The Railway at shortly after 6pm.
The 10k will be joining the RRR on the Royton Trail recce. All welcome!

Next Wednesday Club Run is a themed run!!

England kick off there World Cup Campaign at 9pm so we hope as many of you as possible will be staying behind for several drinks in the Railway and watch the footie, leave your cars at home.

For the run beforehand we thought it would be great if we could all run in England / White / Red&White. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Meeting as usual at 6.00pm at the The Railway Hotel the usual groups will be running.
