I know that the word "diet" doesn't have a positive connotation for anyone. I would like to change it! :)
Diet is simply a way of eating. A healthy and balanced diet ensures long-term health and a good physique. I also believe that it shouldn't be restrictive, but instead delicious, diverse, personalized, and something that we can stick to forever.

I will share with you the principles that I personally follow, which help me maintain a healthy physique :)
