One of our coaches is raising money for a very worthy cause. Please help if you can.

I'm taking part in Ribbon Run for Sands and raising money for a cause close to my heart. My target is 150 so I would love it if you could donate whatever you can to support this incredible cause. I need to raise £-96.79 to reach my target. You can help me by sharing this post and spreading the word...
