Rainbow Medals have arrived!!!! 🌈🏅🌈🏅

First batch of medals are due with us on Monday!! Exciting!!!!

The rainbow run is a virtual 5K race for you to complete anytime, anywhere. You can run, walk, dance, cycle or jog your 5K in your local area, around your garden or in your living room!
All proceeds are being donated to the Coventry University Hospital charity (UHCW Charity) to support the incredible work they are doing supporting patients and front line workers in these difficult times.
To enter send your £6.00 donation via paypal (as friends and family) to [email protected] - please add your name and full address to the message and the total number of entries you are paying for.
Entries cost £6.00 per person which includes a medal for all finishers.
Complete your 5K in your own time and send us your evidence (fitness tracker/run photo) and we will send you a rainbow medal!
Please remember to stay safe! Ensure you are following guidelines around daily exercise and social distances!
There is no end date to the event so you are free to complete when you are safe and healthy enough to do so!
All medals will be cleaned. packed and have the date they were packaged written on them to ensure safety.
