Our free trial sessions will resume online WEF Thursday 5th November. Session details will be communicated next week.

We are all extremely saddened with the latest government announcement on a further national lockdown and disappointed to have to advise that, unless confirmed otherwise, the gym will be closed with effect from Thursday 5th November. There will be in gym training sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Thursday our timetable will go back online but will be delivered in a slightly different and improved way. Further details of these will be out next week. All Intermediate and Squad gymnasts will be expected to attend online sessions for future selection as Acro partnerships are currently being worked for our return. Trampoline only gymnasts will be required to attend at least one body preparation session per week. Zoom links will be sent out to all members and fees will be required to be set up via Direct Debit. Fees will be amended to reflect the change in the programme. With your support we will survive and our children will bounce back stronger than before. We have seen a significant difference in performance from the gymnasts who attended online session previously to those who did not and so we can't express how important it is to continue with the training throughout this period. Thank you to you all for the support you have shown with our return so far and we will see you in the week. If your gymnasts do not have a pair of pedistals please ensure you purchase them this this week. The new order is in stock - £30 each. Please bring cash in a named envelope.
