I haven't posted for months.
Total transparency, we've just renovated a house top to bottom in a matter of months and I just couldn't take on any more work.
In all honestly I was pretty overwhelmed.
I was very, very tired and it wouldn't have been fair to those i currently work with to take on any more clients etc than I was already had, I just didn't have the capacity for it.
Now though, I feel refreshed and energised!
The house is pretty much done (finally) and I'll soon be opening up a select number of spots for 1:1 online coaching clients π₯³
No matter your reason for wanting to take on a coach, I'd love to grab a chat and see if we'd be a good fit π€π»π€πΎ

Not ideal but making it work!
Managed to adapt today's program from The Program Training and it went pretty well...
It won't always be perfect but trust me, a mediocre workout is better than nada πͺπ½
