Swimming develops strength, coordination, balance and endurance while improving core stability, flexibility and gross motor skills, all through low-impact movement that's gentle on growing bodies.

🧠 COGNITIVE
Following instructions, learning new skills and coordinating movements help strengthen memory, concentration, problem-solving and brain development, making swimming a fantastic workout for both body and mind.

🤝 SOCIAL
Our lessons encourage children to communicate, take turns, celebrate each other's successes and build positive relationships, helping them develop confidence in social situations both in and out of the pool.

𝗔 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀. 𝗔 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲. 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲.

Our new SEND swimming class is designed for children who may benefit from a little more space, flexibility and individual support in the pool.

💙 Just 4 children per class
🌊 For ages 3–8 years
💙 With or without a grown-up in the water, depending on your child’s individual needs
🌊 A supportive, nurturing and sensory-aware approach
💙 Building water confidence, safety and swimming skills at their own pace
🌊 Specialist teachers

📍 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝗺 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗥𝘂𝗴𝗯𝘆
📅 Wednesdays at 10.30am
🌊 7-week course starting 2nd September

There’s no pressure to fit into a traditional swimming lesson. We’ll work with you and your child to find the approach that helps them feel safe, supported and confident in the water.

𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝘀𝘄𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴. 💙

Spaces are intentionally very limited, with just 4 swimmers per class.

Every lesson is tailored to your child's individual needs, allowing them to progress at their own pace.

Those small moments of progress soon become life-changing achievements, helping children develop water confidence, essential safety skills, independence, and a lifelong love of swimming.
