Hi everyone.

Someone left this bottle in class today. I couldn't see a name on it so hopefully it finds it's way back to the correct student. I have left it in reception if someone recognises it and comes back for it.

I'll work through this evenings attendance list and message individuals in the background as well.

Class times for the above dates will be the same as normal.

Hi everyone.

Unfortunately, I need to self isolate for 10 days and will not be able to teach tonight or next Mondays classes. We will not be losing these days though, as I will be moving them both to alternate dates. I will confirm the exact days these classes will be held once I have confirmation from the centre.

I apologise there is little notice. I was only aware a couple of hours ago.

Hi everyone,

As mentioned in tonights class, I will be allowing students to train in shorts while the weather is this hot. However, they must be plain shorts and EWF tshirts must still be worn.

Full Gi is still required for any belt test.
