The OL's Phoenix Ladies RFC is a ladies only touch rugby team. We pride ourselves on welcoming new players of all ages and abilities. Training consists of general fitness activities, rugby drills, ball handling, sprinting and a lot of fun... with a couple of pints in the clubhouse as a reward afterwards!
