One of my longest standing Kickboxing and PT clients only went and smashed her Black belt grading before Christmas, she has worked so hard for years for this, I have helped her prepare along the way but she put in the hard graft which got her a Merit Plus after a gruelling 28 hour grading!

‘This was my greatest achievement of 2021 and probably one of my greatest in life! receiving my black belt and passing with a merit plus. I can honestly say that it would not have been possible without the help, time and patience of Leigh Brown. I have an on going calf tear issue after my first attempt and also arthritis in both hips, he helped me get fit and improve techniques to be able to complete the 28 excruciating hours.
Whatever your goal is whether it's losing a few pounds, getting fitter, getting ready to challenge yourself or just doing it because you want to! I would highly recommend this guy. Thanks Leigh’ x
