How wonderful to take my evening classes outside this week. Finally! The breeze last night was heaven sent!! It might be sweltering but we’ve found the cool with our yoga.
I received this lovely message this morning which sums it up…. 🥰
‘Good morning Claire! I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed yesterday’s evenings outdoor class. We were chatting as we walked to the car how we’d spent the heat wave rushing in and out of buildings and cars to avoid the heat and it was a really lovely way to enjoy this warm spell and enjoy being outside. It was so peaceful watching the trees and the clouds. Makes me so excited for Winwick hall again. Thank you for all that you do, I know that so much time and thinking goes into each class and it is truly appreciated!’
thanks K 😘😘😘
Same again tonight 😍

I have been waiting for summer to arrive before launching this event and I think we are finally here!
Would you like to join me for an absolutely magical outdoor yoga session under the golden hues of the setting summer sun, set in the gorgeous grounds of Winwick Hall, nestled between Crick and West Haddon?
Sunday 12th July
7pm - 9.30pm
Sunset Yoga, Winwick Hall
This truly is one of the most stunning and peaceful settings I have the joy of practicing in and this will be my EIGHTH year returning to this space.
Always, always, ALWAYS a joy to be here.
A lovely indulgent yoga practice followed by tea and cake on the lawns in front of Winwick Hall at the Polo Pavilion Tearooms, making this evening even more special.
Let’s come together for an evening of movement, mindfulness, and connection in one of the most lovely outdoor spaces. Want to join me?

3 simple words made me smile so big.
I’m not condoning graffiti but on a miserable dark day this lit me up 🥰

What a glorious week I had last week over half term. What weather!!
I spent an AMAZING 5 days down at Primrose Hill in London on a yoga immersion with the most incredible yoga teacher.
Wow! I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who is so present, so aware, so considered. No rush to speak and blurt out meaningless words, but gives time to pause, consider and then answer in the most eloquent and knowledgeable way possible. I’m in awe. And truly inspired by all she had to share and her deep understanding and respect of the human body.
You see, there are benefits to me only working term time as it gives me time to pause, recharge, reawaken and come back to you with renewed passion and knowledge 😘
I thank you for your patience and loyalty # # #. Great to be back with you this week # # #

First and foremost I am a Kylie fan 🥰
All the way since 1987. Before yoga, before I met my husband at the tender age of 18… before all of that was Kylie.
Most people either know me for yoga or Kylie 😂
And I am SO proud to be a Kylie fan. What an empowering woman. An inspiration, a giver of absolute joy and hope. I adore her. And I’m proud of it.
As we head into a week break from class I encourage you to tune in to and watch the astounding documentary.
What a legend she is and long may she reign 🙌🏼👑🥰

Spot the bored yoga teacher at the hairdresser 😂
I really hate being confined to a chair 😝😂 I get really antsy so today I bust a few moves to occupy myself while my roots cooked 🤓
Fortunately my amazing hairdresser is well used to me and my weirdness. I’ve been going to Becky since 2003..?!?!! She is the absolute best 🙌🏼 and most patient 😝

I was fortunate enough to attend a GORGEOUS outdoor yoga event on Friday night. What an absolute treat for me. Yoga on the beach as the sun set and the moon rose.
There was a log fire, there was the sea, there was sand, there was a beautiful woodland walk to get to the beach, and obviously there was lovely yoga.
It was just stunning. A real connection to this beautiful planet.
The best bit for me though, something of a phenomenon for me - watching the full moon rise over a cliff... and the moon was orange. I've never seen anything like it - an orange glow came over the cliff and the moon slowly rose - like a sun rise. This photo isn't the sun setting, it's the moon rising! 🤯
I couldn't believe I was watching the moon - it was so orange. I don't think I've ever seen anything like that in land locked Warwickshire...?
If you ever get the opportunity to try some beach yoga, go for it. It's such a unique experience. And if you're ever at the coast in North Yorkshire, do look up the lovely Helen of Happy Seal Yoga as she will help you tick that box for sure.
