🥰 WINNER 2 YEARS RUNNING - BEST YOGA STUDIO IN WARKS & WEST MIDS Muddy Stiletto Awards 2023 & 2022🥰 Creating space for your breath to reach a little further.

I teach yoga to complete beginners through to experienced practicioners & everyone in between, including pregnancy yoga & postnatal Mummy & Baby yoga. I invite you to leave your day at the door & come into a lush environment to nurture yourself through connecting to your body & breath. Creating shapes that help to open your body, to release some tension & aches. Leaving class feeling a little softer, a little taller & a little more connected to you. Whatever the style of the class, be it flow, beginners, beyond, pregnancy or with your new baby, my primary focus is you. Allow me to hold the space for you to connect back to you. Sometimes it’s hard being a yoga teacher…😝

Here I am learning about restorative yoga with the very fabulous Anna Ashby at the lovely Little Light Studio, Leamington Spa

It’s a tough job working my way through different ways to find rest… but it’s a job I’m committed to so I can share with you 😅

I’m really looking forward to another entire weekend of this, this weekend. Rest incoming…. 🥱😴

I LOVE LOVE LOVE T-shirts and sweatshirts. I’ve been a number one fan for the last 4 years since meeting the very lovely Jules on retreat and I now have quite the set!! The only one I don’t have is Yoga, Coffee and Avocados because I don’t like coffee 😅😂

Anyway, Jules got us all modelling in Spain this year to made this funny little video so I thought I’d share this n her behalf. We yoga teachers are all converts to her amazing brand. Go take a look and treat yourself xx

Happy memories 🥰

My summer break from classes ended in what is now my yearly tradition! My fourth year on retreat, hidden away in the glory of the mountains in southern Spain.

Oh it was just a delight, from start to finish.

There was raucous excited laughter and silliness, there were tears, there were wonderful conversations, so much support, there were moments to just be alone. And that’s all on top of the many many amazing gifts of yoga.

I think the main thing to note in a Yoga Retreat is the word Retreat.

To give yourself permission to retreat from ‘regular’ life.
To retreat from having to plan and prepare meals (!)
To retreat from filling your day and mind with a myriad of jobs.
To retreat from having to think about everything and everyone.

To RETREAT is a true gift to oneself.

So how about it? Would you like to retreat with me? I have my last 2 rooms remaining for retreats in 2027 - both stunning en suite accommodation available as twin or single occupancy, or even the chance of a triple if you have an extra friend. Join me 2-4 July 2027 in the Cotswolds. Details are here https://www.facebook.com/share/19iDqZS27r/?mibextid=wwXIfr

Or just drop me a message

It’s the best gift you can give yourself

What a glorious summer it has been!

A mixture of the stunning Yorkshire coast, an INCREDIBLE hot air balloon flight, time with my beautiful family, time with just me and rounded off with the annual yoga retreat hidden away in the Spanish mountains.

Life is good 🥰

The only con to all of this is the resistance of my brain into doing yoga admin again 🤓

But it’s just a deep DEEP joy to be back with you all in class this week.

I’m so grateful for this glorious summer and so grateful for you all and your patience 😘

It’s good to be back guys x

Shift happens with yoga!! Another great t-shirt from the fabulous And it certainly does - it makes rainbows shine on your face for one thing 😅💖

I am in the stages of wrapping up for my summer shutdown - a seemingly radical step for a small business where I fully switch off until September, but trust me when I say that I will come back revived, renewed and even more passionate about my love of yoga!

Thank you to you all for embracing all that I share; you are amazing, thank you so much.

Any questions before I switch off, please ask away but if not I will be back in September with an open heart and ready to share. Much love to you ###x

Sometimes the pictures we take, the moments that linger in our minds don’t need words or explanation 🥹🥰

Deep joy, deeper gratitude 🙏🏻

How wonderful to take my evening classes outside this week. Finally! The breeze last night was heaven sent!! It might be sweltering but we’ve found the cool with our yoga.

I received this lovely message this morning which sums it up…. 🥰

‘Good morning Claire! I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed yesterday’s evenings outdoor class. We were chatting as we walked to the car how we’d spent the heat wave rushing in and out of buildings and cars to avoid the heat and it was a really lovely way to enjoy this warm spell and enjoy being outside. It was so peaceful watching the trees and the clouds. Makes me so excited for Winwick hall again. Thank you for all that you do, I know that so much time and thinking goes into each class and it is truly appreciated!’

thanks K 😘😘😘

Same again tonight 😍

I have been waiting for summer to arrive before launching this event and I think we are finally here!

Would you like to join me for an absolutely magical outdoor yoga session under the golden hues of the setting summer sun, set in the gorgeous grounds of Winwick Hall, nestled between Crick and West Haddon?

Sunday 12th July
7pm - 9.30pm
Sunset Yoga, Winwick Hall

This truly is one of the most stunning and peaceful settings I have the joy of practicing in and this will be my EIGHTH year returning to this space.
Always, always, ALWAYS a joy to be here.

A lovely indulgent yoga practice followed by tea and cake on the lawns in front of Winwick Hall at the Polo Pavilion Tearooms, making this evening even more special.

Let’s come together for an evening of movement, mindfulness, and connection in one of the most lovely outdoor spaces. Want to join me?
