Restorative is a very gentle and therapeutic style of Yoga that requires no effort or experience and can be adapted to all.

The soothing head massage is always optional, fancy leggings not required. Pyjamas and extra warm layers are encouraged.

Reiki is a very gentle and safe form of energy healing that helps to shift stagnant energy to help your nervous system work more efficiently.

Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep, almost like a guided meditation but on a deeper level.
