We’re excited to launch our brand new Kids Athletic Development sessions at Volentia 🔥

Led by Head Coach Nick Smith, an experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach who currently coaches at Princethorpe College, these sessions are designed for young athletes aged 11–16 who want to become faster, stronger and more resilient in their sport.

Running across two 2-week blocks during the summer holidays, each session will develop the movement skills that underpin athletic performance. From strength and speed to agility, coordination and body control, we’ll help young athletes build the foundations that every sport demands.

These aren’t just physical qualities, they’re skills that can be taught, developed and refined. Better movement means better performance, greater confidence and a reduced risk of injury.

Whether they play rugby, football, hockey, netball, athletics or any other sport, they’ll leave with skills they can take back into training and competition for years to come.

When we launched She Lifts almost a year ago, our goal was simple.

To create a space where women could learn to lift weights, build strength and feel confident in the gym.

Since then, we've helped more than 50 women start their strength journey 💗

Women who'd never touched a barbell before are now lifting weights they never imagined they could. They've grown stronger, more confident and more capable, not just in the gym, but in everyday life too 💪

What's made it work isn't one thing. It's the combination of expert coaching, structured programming that encourages consistent progress, and a supportive community that celebrates every win, no matter how big or small.

The best proof? Most of the women who started with us are still here, continuing their journey through our She Lifts Club, CrossFit or HYROX memberships.

Because strength isn't built in a few weeks. It's built by finding something you enjoy and a community that keeps you coming back.

Our current She Lifts Club is now full, so we're opening a new Tuesday evening session at 7pm. There are just 8 spaces available.

Sundays just got an upgrade.🔥

HYROX isn’t just about being fit. It’s about knowing how to race.

That’s why we’ve redesigned our HYROX Sunday Engine sessions.

We’ve extended the class to 90 minutes so there’s time to do more than just work hard. We’ll coach the technical skills behind each of the 8 HYROX stations, build the strength endurance and engine the event demands, and help you master the art of running when your legs really don’t want to.

Every session is designed to help you:

📅 Saturday 4th July�🕜 1:30–3:00pm

Led by Katy Clarke, British Weightlifting Level 1 and Level 2 Coach, this workshop will provide structured, progressive coaching for lifters of all abilities.

Our last workshop, focusing on gymnastics, was a huge success, with everyone who attended making noticeable progress. We can't wait to see what everyone achieves in this one!

Whether you're learning the Sn**ch for the first time or looking to refine your technique and lift with more confidence and efficiency, this session is designed to help you take your lifting to the next level.
