Little bit of a bitter sweet post, this will be my final for TYSALLSPT.
As over a decade of coaching now comes to an end, today I close the door for the final time and move on.
Over the years I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with more people than I can count. Watching peoples lives change for the better, to be fitter happier and healthier mentally and physically. It’s been an honour to of been a part of so many transformations and peoples lives and journeys!
I’d like to thank everyone who has supported me at TYSALLSPT over the years! The support the friendships the laughter and the tears! I can honestly say it’s been quite the journey and what an incredible journey has it been!
There are a select few some which are no longer with us. who have really been a tremendous support to me over the years especially the past two, but I know you’d rather I not name you. So to you all, you know who you are! From the bottom of my heart! I love you, I appreciate you and am so blessed to have you in my life.
One thing I have learnt more than any other with these years of experience in the coaching world is how broken so many of us are and how many people put on a brave face just to get through the day!
So I want to close on this!
Be kind to one another, encourage each other. If someone is in need lend them a helping hand, if someone’s having a rough time give them a hug or and friendly listening ear. Be gentle and loving, look after one another because life is too short and can be taken away with a snap of a finger! So don’t take it for granted.
So
In a world full of hate!
BE THE LIGHT!
Thank you all!
Lee

When you're dieting, social events can be a real challenge. But with a little planning and willpower, you can stay on track and enjoy yourself at the same time. Here's how:
- First, look at the event / venue menu in advance and make a game plan. Decide what you'll allow yourself to eat and what you'll pass on. Remember these for when you arrive so you don’t have to look at the menu there and then get tempted. Also Remember for these events calories count... maybe you skip breakfast and workout before the event....maybe if it’s lunch you have a salad or skip dinner... Make the maths work FOR you .
- When you're at the event, fill up on healthy snacks and appetisers first that’s have the least caloric value . This way you won't be as tempted by the less healthy more calorific options.
- Don't drink your calories! Try to stick to water or zero sugar drinks instead of sugary drinks or cocktails.
- And finally, don't beat yourself up too much, if you slip up a little. Just get back on track at your next meal and don't let one slip-up ruin your diet. Log your day and the next get back to it.
Don’t let the “ oh I’ve fallen off I’ll stay off “ mentality to kick in.
Do you have any tips for attending social events?

You must tell yourself, “no matter how hard it is, or how hard it gets, I’m going to make it.”
