I help fitness enthusiasts level up and achieve their training and performance goals...

Not your glamorous post but it matters to me.

Every bench wiped. Every handle sprayed. Every dumbbell back where it should be before you even walk through the door.

Honestly!

You can’t ask someone to give their best in a space that doesn’t respect them back. Clean gym, clear head, professional coaching.

It’s the small stuff nobody claps for that tells you how much someone actually cares. I care about the environment you train in as much as the programme I put you through.

Your space should feel ready for you.

Every single time.

Drop me a 💛 if you care too!

Life - Family - Business!

July you have been very kind ☀️

16/07/2026

You have spent years thinking you’re not strong & sporty enough to start training.

Truth is, you’ve never had a coach in your corner who believed & saw how strong you actually are.

Injuries happen, they are part of being an athlete. Doesn’t matter if you’re running your local parkrun, cycling on a weekend or playing in a Sunday league if you push your body at times it will push back.

Here’s something I see often.

An athlete gets injured and suddenly there’s a physio saying one thing, a personal trainer doing another, a massage therapist giving different advice. Everyone means well. Everyone is an expert in their own right. But nobody is talking to each other.

The athlete in the middle is getting pulled in five different directions wondering why they aren’t getting better.

That’s not a recovery plan. That’s confusion.

When you are injured every single professional involved in your comeback needs to be working from the same page. Same goal. Same plan. Same direction. The physio, the coach, the therapist everyone needs to know what everyone else is doing. Because the moment those plans start pulling against each other your recovery slows down and your return gets pushed back.

I’ve seen it too many times and the only one that gets frustrated is you the athlete.

If you currently have an injury and not sure where to go, reach out I’m sure I can point you the right direction 💛

You already know strength training would make you a better runner & cyclist.

You know it would strengthen your legs, protect your knees, improve your power and make those last few miles feel easier.

But knowing something and doing it are two very different things.

Because walking into a weights room when you don’t know where to start feels completely different to lacing up your trainers or clipping into your bike. Those feel natural. Those feel like yours.

The weights room feels like someone else’s space.

You don’t know which exercise to start with. You’re not sure if your form is right. You look around and everyone else seems to know exactly what they’re doing and you’re standing there thinking I’m going to get this wrong and look stupid.

I know that feeling. I’ve seen it in almost every runner and cyclist I’ve ever worked with.

And here’s what I want you to hear.

You didn’t start running knowing how to pace yourself. You didn’t clip into a bike for the first time and nail it. Someone showed you. You learned. You got better. And now it feels like the most natural thing in the world.

Strength training is exactly the same.

You just need someone to show you where to stand, what to do, and how to do it properly. Someone who understands your sport, your body, and what your performance actually needs.

That’s exactly what I do.

DM me ATHLETE and let’s get you under these weights with a plan that makes sense for you. 💛

If you keep getting injured training this is probably why.

Most recreational athletes train hard. But hard isn’t the same as smart. And without the right structure in place, it’s not a matter of if you get injured its when.

Let me help you reduce some of that risk.

Swipe through to see the seven most common reasons I see athletes getting hurt and what to do instead.

Make sure you save for future reference & if you really want to stay out the physio room DM me ATHLETE and I’ll take a look at your current training plan.

Took my daughter to Barbados this week to meet her great grandma for the first time.

Standing here holding her, looking out at this view from her great grandmothers house, I just kept thinking I want her to know that life is something you build. Not something that just happens to you.

That you get to decide what it looks and feels like. The places you go. The people you surround yourself with. The way you show up every single day.

That’s what Kreate The Life You Love actually means to me.

It’s not just a training thing. It’s a life thing!

Training is just one of the tools that helps you build it. The discipline, the consistency, the belief that you are capable of more.

They follow you everywhere. Into your relationships, your work, your family, your travels.

I don’t just want that for her, I want that for every single person I work with.

If training has ever given you more than just a physical result if it’s changed the way you think, the way you carry yourself, the way you show up in life drop a 💛 in the comments.

I’d love to know.

When my athletes stick to the plan and the results start coming, this is genuinely what happens on the inside.

Because watching them commit to the process and then see it pay off never gets old.

If you’re ready to commit and see the performance results DM me ATHLETE!

My stamma nearly stopped me.

Growing up I really struggled to get my words out. I knew exactly what I wanted to say but the connection between my brain and my mouth just wouldn’t work the way I needed it to.

And for a long time that made me feel like I didn’t belong anywhere.

Honestly I look back now and think about how exhausting it was. Always having to think three steps ahead about what I was going to say next. Even just introducing myself as Daniel felt scary.

Then I found sport.

And for the first time in my life I had something that didn’t need words. Something where I could just express myself through movement, through effort, through competing. Nobody cared how I spoke. They cared how I showed up.

That changed everything for me.

And it’s something I carry into my coaching every single day.

Because I want every person I work with to know that the thing standing in your way right now doesn’t get to decide what you become.

And training, showing up, moving, enjoying, that’s one of the most powerful ways I know to prove that to yourself.

Whatever your barrier is. I get it more than you know.

💛

So I jumped on the bike the other day. Nothing structured. Just me thinking right, I’ve got 45minutes, I want to sit zone out and move.

Whilst there I remembered conversations I’ve been having with clients.

“Training can be that one consistent in life”

Movement doesn’t have to disappear just because life gets busy.

Any form counts. All of it adds up.

That one consistent thing you keep coming back to it’s not small. That’s actually everything.

That’s the thing that keeps you grounded when the rest of life is pulling you in every direction.

Keep Being Consistent 💛

DM me ATHLETE and I can help you figure out what that looks like for you right now.
