🍑 GLUTE GROWTH 102 🍑
One of the most common questions I get asked is:
“Why aren’t my glutes growing?”
Most of the time, it’s not because you need a new workout plan, a fancy exercise, or the latest social media trend.
It’s because one of the fundamentals is missing.
Are you:
🏋️ Training close enough to failure?
📈 Progressively overloading your exercises?
🍗 Eating enough protein?
😴 Recovering properly?
📅 Being consistent week after week?
Glute growth isn’t complicated, but it does require patience.
The women with great glutes aren’t doing anything magical.
They’re getting stronger over time.
They’re recovering well.
They’re eating enough protein.
And most importantly, they’re staying consistent.
Remember…
One amazing glute session won’t change your physique.
Neither will one week of perfect nutrition.
Results come from showing up and doing the basics well over and over again.
Strong glutes aren’t built in a month.
They’re built through consistency, effort, and time. 💖

✨ Check-In Thursday ✨
It’s that time of the week. a little moment to pause, reflect, and check in with ourselves 💖
This week feels a little different.
Looking at these photos side by side
April, May and June I’m reminded just how powerful consistency can be.
Same outfit.
Same goal.
Different woman. ✨
When you’re living the process day after day, it’s easy to focus on what’s left to do rather than how far you’ve already come.
But sometimes we need to stop, take a breath, and appreciate the progress that’s happened right in front of us.
This week I’ve been reminded that we don’t achieve big goals in one heroic effort.
We achieve them through hundreds of small decisions.
The early mornings.
The workouts.
The meals prepped.
The cardio sessions.
The days you couldn’t be bothered but did it anyway.
And today I had a little help getting through those final reps when I needed it most 💪✨
A reminder that sometimes strength comes from the people around us too.
I’ve got one workout left before peak week begins…
And next week I’ll officially be ONE WEEK OUT 👙🔥
That feels both exciting and slightly terrifying 😅
But whatever happens from here, I’m proud of the work that’s gone into getting this far.
And as always, my clients have made me incredibly proud this week 💖
Watching confidence grow, goals being achieved, and women realising they’re capable of more than they ever thought possible is still my favourite part of this job.
Reflection is powerful.
Sometimes we get so focused on where we’re going that we forget to appreciate how far we’ve already come.
This week, that’s exactly what I’m choosing to do. 💖
So… how are YOU checking in this week?
What’s one thing you’re proud of? ✨💪

✨ Check-In Thursday ✨
It’s that time of the week. a little moment to pause, reflect, and check in with ourselves 💖
Looking back over the last 7 days, I can’t quite believe I’m writing this…
Officially 2 weeks out 👙🔥
Prep has taught me so much over the last few months. Not just about training and nutrition, but about patience, discipline, resilience and trusting the process even when progress feels slow.
Looking at this photo, I’m proud of how far I’ve come, but more importantly, I’m proud of the person I’ve become throughout the journey.
A few wins from me this week:
✨ Staying consistent with training and cardio
✨ Continuing to trust the process
✨ Seeing improvements in my posing
✨ Watching my clients absolutely smash their goals
My clients have made me SO proud this week 💖
From PBs being hit, confidence growing, goals being achieved both inside and outside the gym, and ladies simply showing up when life gets busy, every single win deserves celebrating.
One thing I’ve really noticed lately is the atmosphere we’ve created together.
It’s become so much more than just a gym, a class, or an online coaching group ✨
Reflection is powerful.
✨Sometimes we get so focused on where we’re going that we forget to appreciate how far we’ve already come✨
How are YOU checking in this week?
What’s one thing you’re proud of right now? 💖✨

🍑 GLUTE GROWTH 101 🍑
If you want to build stronger, fuller glutes, understanding the anatomy is a great place to start.
One of the biggest mistakes I see is people chasing the latest “must-do” glute exercise without understanding what the glutes actually do.
Your glutes are the largest and most powerful muscle group in the body.
They don’t just help shape your physique.
They help you:
✔ Walk
✔ Run
✔ Jump
✔ Lift weights
✔ Climb stairs
✔ Support your hips, knees and lower back
The glutes are made up of three muscles:
🍑 Glute Maximus
🍑 Glute Medius
🍑 Glute Minimus
Each plays an important role in movement, stability and strength.
That’s why effective glute training isn’t about finding one magic exercise.
It’s about combining different movement patterns, getting stronger over time, eating enough protein, and staying consistent.
This is the first post in my Glute Growth series, where I’ll be breaking down exactly what you need to know to build stronger glutes and train with purpose.
Save this post for later and let me know…
What’s your favourite glute exercise? 👇💖

Some days your workout
will feel amazing.
Some days it’ll feel hard.
Both workouts count. 💖

March ➡️ May
Around 10 weeks separate these photos.
And whilst there’s a noticeable difference, I want to be really honest about what you are seeing.
The physique on the right wasn’t built in 10 weeks, It was built over years of lifting weights, learning, making mistakes, starting again, staying consistent, and showing up even when I didn’t feel like it.
The difference between these photos isn’t a magic workout plan.
It’s consistency.
✨ Consistent training
✨ Consistent nutrition
✨ Consistent steps
✨ Consistent cardio
That’s it.
I simply locked in and gave my body a reason to reveal the muscle that years of training had already built
So if you’re currently at the start of your journey, please don’t give up because your progress feels slow.
Muscle takes time.
Fat loss takes time.
Confidence takes time.
Keep showing up.
One workout.
One meal.
One walk.
One day at a time.
You’ll be amazed where those small actions can take you. 💖
