Evening everyone
With this weeks weather rising to 30+ we are going to go ahead with our tuesday session but will take it very slow and likely just do some conditioning and very easy stretches and slow work. Please ensure gymnasts bring plenty to drink with them aswell please. If you would like to keep them off please let me know asap so we can plan coaches etc but we do fully understand if the kids would prefer to be at home and in a paddling pool ;)

So we have been a bit quiet on here lately but we have had an exciting time this half term with a delivery the other day so me and my small people were busy on sunday putting together some new equipment for the club so thought with us returning this coming saturday we would play a game of guess what ? So would anyone like to guess what we had delivered ?
