🏆 Milestone moment for RBWGFC leadership🏆

Our Chairwoman Katy just completed The FA Club Strategic Leadership Programme with England Football and UCFB! 🎓

As a celebration of the inaugural cohort, the final day, Legacy By Design, was held at St George's Park, starting with an exclusive tour of the facility before a day packed with insight from Jane Purdon ( Ambassador), Dan Plumley (), Gemma Avery ), and Paul Barber OBE ( ).

Huge thanks for the chance to learn, share, and connect with leaders from clubs across the country, all of it feeding straight back into what we're building at RBWGFC. ⚽🧡🖤⚽

🏆 What a weekend! ⚽

Last weekend we welcomed 109 teams and 1,414 players to Kilsby Lane for our annual girls football tournament, and what an incredible two days it was.

Every single team went home with a player of the tournament trophy, our women's first team were on hand to present trophies on stage, and the atmosphere across both days was just brilliant.

None of it happens without the generosity of our amazing sponsors. 🏆 SUTTON UNITED TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS! 🏆

An early start paid off in a big way for the U14 Pantheras this morning!

The girls battled through the blistering heat and an incredibly tough, evenly matched group stage, showing immense character every step of the way.

When it came down to the wire, they held their nerve in a nail-biting penalty shootout to bring home the trophy! ⚽️

We couldn’t be prouder of their grit, determination, and teamwork today. What a squad! 💪🧡

A big day of learning at St George’s Park! 🏟️

The U12 Jungle Cats competed in the ESF Grand Final today. It was a tough, warm afternoon and the team weren’t quite at their fluent best, finishing the tournament in 4th place. However, the girls showed their true potential with a fantastic 0-0 draw against the overall winners!

Football is all about the highs and the learning curves. Today was a great lesson for the squad and testing themselves against the very best will only make them stronger next season.

Well done to the girls for reaching the grand finals, an incredible achievement in itself! 🧡

What a spectacular afternoon for the U11 Lionesses! 🧡

The girls stepped up to the challenge at the Hillmorton boys’ tournament today and showed exactly what they are made of 💪🏼
Not losing a single game all day, they topped the group with three wins and a draw, before digging deep to win a tense final 1-0!

An outstanding display of football and character from the whole squad. You’ve made us all incredibly proud! 🏆🧡

Last weekend our Rugby Borough U9 Tigers won their very first tournament! 🏆

After coming so close as runners-up over the previous two weekends, this amazing team kept believing in themselves and pushed all the way to the top.

We are incredibly proud of every single player, everyone was absolutely amazing. Hard work pays off! 💪⚽✨

Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads, stepdads, and father figures in our Rugby Borough family! 🧡
