Today our new coffee machine arrived and was installed at Brewed Awakening - our brand new cafe, opening 14th September. ☕️

Every cup will be pulled from beans by Skylark, roasted just down the road in Brighton. Good coffee, made properly, right next to your workout!

IT'S CONFIRMED 🚨 Optimus 2.0 is officially opening on Monday 14th September.

We'll be busy over this coming weekend making sure everything is good to go and we'll be opening our doors at 5pm on Monday 14th September.

We can't wait to show you what we've been working on behind the scenes for the last few months and we know you're going to love it 👀

A quick heads up for our Rustington members 📣

We'll be closed this weekend - Saturday & Sunday 12/13th September as we host the latest round of Southeast Powerlifting competition and prepare for our big move!

We'll be reopening on Monday the 14th at 5pm with something rather exciting!
