Fridays Toddler Class 🧘🏻‍♀️🧸
A trip to the farm 🚜 started with our Shaking our Sillies out warm up . Some candle 🕯 meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️, a tractor 🚜 ( parachute 🤭🤭) ride to the farm , animal yoga poses 🐮. Then the children collected some eggs in the barn before heading home to some relaxation 💕🧸A very busy day indeed ! 🥰

Thursdays class 🧘🏻‍♀️💕between our Water Game warm up , Sun Salutations ☀️Bubble Breathing , Betsy Banana 🍌yoga story practice , and some Partner Poses 🧘🏻‍♀️ the Little Yogiz 🧘🏻‍♀️💕crew definitely deserved their well earned Hot Chocolate ☕️ “ ahhhhh worth waiting for “ , 🥰

Last weeks Toddler class 💕🧘🏻‍♀️🧸 “Every Bunny is a Yoga Bunny “ 🐰story was brought to life through yoga . We started with our Bunny Tail breath ( using Pom Poms ). Had good fun with our parachute 🪂 “ Sleep Little Bunnies” 🐰game , Our Yoga Bunny story , and ended Class with Bunny Tail confetti fun 🥰 ( those Pom Poms sure do come in handy 😊) and our relaxation time . And of course some bubble fun at the end 💕

Looking back on last weeks class 💕🧘🏻‍♀️”The Princess and the Wizard” story ( by Julia Donaldson ) was brought to life through yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️The children found many ways to outwit the Wizard 🥰

Our first Little Yogiz 💕🧘🏻‍♀️Toddler Group went off to a great start 😊 Fun was had by all . From our Butterfly 🦋 warm up, to our Flower breathing 🌸 Animal adventures and our relaxation at the end of class rocking our little buddies 🧸🧸to sleep 😴

Oh ….. and of course lots of bubble fun while parents enjoyed a well deserved coffee break ☕️🍪😊

That time of year again !🎃🎃 Our Halloween adventure went down a treat 👻 and our cauldron of bubbles you just couldn’t beat! 🧙‍♀️ Witches and Wizards , and Frogs 🐸 by your side , and crawling through Bat Tunnels 🦇 there was no where to hide 😊🎃

But the children still came out smiling !! Brave Little Yogiz !! 😊😊🎃👻
