We had our first Christmas Day parkrun at Cuningar Loop today! 🥰

A very warm thank you to all of our volunteers who support every week and on a special event today.

A special thank you to the people who came down to the park early this morning when it was still dark to check and set up the course. The cool temperature overnight added an unexpected twist but we practiced our moves on the damp parts and made a decision. We were on 👏🏼

From the Cuningar Loop parkrun core team, have a wonderful Christmas. We’re back as normal on Saturday 27 December 😊

Rutherglen and Cambuslang Foodbank have now released their Christmas and New Year opening times, along with some important updates - to ensure they can continue supporting the most vulnerable in our local communities❤️

Rutherglen: 12:30–14:30
Mon 15, Thu 18, Mon 22, Mon 29, Wed 31 Dec (extra session)

Whitlawburn: 17:50–19:50
Tue 16 & 23 Dec

Cambuslang: 12:30–14:30
Fri 19 Dec

Temporary Cambuslang Venue:
