Despite this Christmas period being the first without an Oakfield senior side in some time! We wanted to wish everyone connected with the club - both previously and currently, whether players, volunteers, sponsors or supporters, a very Merry Christmas! 🎄🎅

It was fantastic to see Oakfield Youth FC IOW U16's use Oakfield Football Club this morning for their Isle of Wight Sunday Youth league fixture against Ryde Saints F.C. U16's 🙌
Our young Oakers came out victorious in a thrilling 7-0 win, keeping their unbeaten league record intact, with 3 wins from 3! 👏 This emphatic win also stands them in good stead for the season, and now only 3 points behind first place - who have played double the amount of games! 🏆
We're looking forward to further developments with the youth section, and how we can create a development and streamlined pathway which not only ties us closer, but also benefits Oakfield for years to come! ⚽️

Following the obvious disappointment of having to withdraw this season, we're excited and very much looking forward to returning to Island football for the 2024-2025 season. With the space between now and then, affording us with valuable time to ensure Oakfield Football Club is back and stronger than ever! 🙌
This has seen a lot of important work and discussions already take place behind the scenes, both securing and strengthening our position on and off the pitch. Whilst over the coming weeks, we have further discussions and exciting plans to look forward to with several parties, that we're sure will only reinforce this 👊
