What a beautiful sentiment 🥰.

This isn’t always how things feel when peri menopause first turns up in a woman’s life though.

Some of the symptoms feel like anything but the very best of life, fatigue, hot flushes, breast tenderness, trouble sleeping and vaginal dryness anyone?

The great news is that there are plenty of things that you can try that work to improve these symptoms.

Here are just a handful:

- drink adequate fresh water
- cut down or better still, give up alcohol
- get to a healthy weight & stay there
- get regular exercise, even walking more is a great place to start
