It was great Sailing with Kate, so full of energy throughout the whole race and smiling all the way through.

But, if you are a sailor at any level you know a big part of it is teamwork, even from the single handers there is still a team behind them on shore and in safety boats.

A great fun Round the Island Race on Incisor yesterday. We loved having the Kraken Travel team getting stuck in! An excellent result for us- beers all round to celebrate!
We were sad see Venomous aground at St Catherine’s. We hope that the new owners and crew are all well.

Incisor started the first RORC offshore race today, down to the Eddystone Lighthouse and back. We laid on champagne sailing conditions for the start With a sunny light downwind leg out of the Solent. A day for factor 50 we think. Good luck to all yachts and competitors.

First race of the season last night, although a little chilly it was a great shake down sail. Captured as usual by John Green Cowes First over the line, 2nd on handicap celebrated at the Duke of York with a Guinness what more could we ask for.

Cowes has lost a legend. The bon viveur will never be quite the same around the Crew table. We will all miss you Barry.
