Today’s TEEN classes:

4:10pm - 11 to 14 years old - Kickboxing
5:05pm - 15 to 17 years old - Kickboxing

Today’s classes will be much lighter and easier than usual due to the heat.

HOWEVER - please ensure you bring water, take as breaks as needed and don’t push yourself unnecessarily.

Heat stroke happens much quicker than people think and is much worse than people think!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

Unfortunately we are cancelling this evenings adult striking and adult groundwork classes due to a personal family emergency.

Those of you who have been with us for a while will know it is very rare for us to cancel anything at all.

I will put some extra free sessions on when I am back and let you know about them this weekend when I return.

Todays Teen No Gi sessions are still ON
